Once an order is prepared or out for delivery/pickup, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery areas and times are limited to Muskegon and surrounding regions as specified on our website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
Puerto Vallarta Mexican Grill & Bar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Catering Services

Catering orders must be submitted in advance according to our guidelines on the Catering page.
Any modifications to catering orders should be made as early as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse catering orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.
